PRIVACY TERMS
SIA "Klikshop" is important to the privacy and confidentiality of customers. SIA "Klikshop" is a commercial company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia No. 40203390321. These Privacy Protection Terms are applied to the collection, use and protection of Personal Data of SIA "Klikshop" Customers and users of the website www.klikvinil.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
"Data subject" is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified. "Personal data" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to, name, surname, identification number, personal code, address or other personal data. Personal data shall not be considered statistical data or anonymous data, data compilations or other derived data that cannot be used separately or jointly with other data to identify a specific natural person.
Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy are the same term used in relation to the Website.
Scope of data processing
SIA "Klikshop" undertakes to collect and store only such Personal Data as is necessary for the performance of SIA "Klikshop" business. SIA "Klikshop" also undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the correctness and completeness of the processed Personal Data, instructing the Clients as precisely as possible how to enter their data correctly and completely.
SIA "Klikshop" will process Personal Data to ensure their confidentiality and will use all appropriate means and tools to prevent any unauthorized access. SIA "Klikshop" collects and processes personal data only for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations of SIA "Klikshop" in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts.
Personal data will not be transferred to any third party, except in cases where the Data subject has agreed to it, it is necessary for the performance of the mutual contractual obligations between SIA "Klikshop" and the Data subject, or is otherwise permitted or required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness
SIA "Klikshop" undertakes to ensure the correctness of Personal data and relies on its Customers, suppliers and other third parties who transfer Personal data, that the completeness and correctness of the transferred Personal data will be ensured.
If necessary, the Data Subject has the right to amend, supplement or delete Personal Data stored about him in his User account at any time.
Registration
If the Customer has decided to register on the Website, the Customer will be asked to provide information about his name, address, e-mail address and other data. SIA "Klikshop" is entitled to use the information provided to personalize and improve the operation of the Website. This can take the form of, for example, but not limited to, promotional offers prepared according to the Customer's previous purchases and provided to the Customer online or via e-mail with the relevant Customer's consent, or in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts.
Safety
SIA "Klikshop" will process Personal Data to ensure its confidentiality and will apply internal procedures and control measures to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying, modification or damage of Personal Data, and will also use all reasonable means to ensure the security of Personal Data , integrity and privacy.
Use of
SIA "Klikshop" will process Personal Data only in good faith and in accordance with the law and will not use Personal Data for purposes that do not correspond to the purposes for which SIA "Klikshop" has received Personal Data.
"Klikshop" SIA will process the accumulated Customer's Personal Data in order to: fulfill orders; help SIA "Klikshop" to improve the Website and the availability of information to the Client online; provide the Client with information about SIA "Klikshop" products and services; for the purposes of placing an order, customer support, making payments and providing services; and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Placing orders online
If the Customer wants to place an order while online, SIA "Klikshop" needs to know the Customer's name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, postal address and data related to payment (for example, credit card number and expiration date). This allows SIA "Klikshop" to ensure full fulfillment of the Customer's order and inform about the status of the order fulfillment.
Surveys and contests
SIA "Klikshop" from time to time conducts surveys of Website users or organizes contests. Although participation in these activities is voluntary, SIA "Klikshop" may need to request information from the Client if he has chosen to participate in the relevant process. The results of surveys are collected and made available to other users of the Website, indicating the opinions of other similar users regarding a certain topic. The results of the surveys are aggregated only with the overall performance of the results, without indicating separately the responses of a particular user. The information that will be collected for the purposes of the contest will be used for the conduct of the contest and for notifying the winners, unless otherwise specified in the rules of the particular contest.
E-mail communication with SIA "Klikshop"
If the Client has registered on the Website and has separately agreed to receive e-mails from SIA "Klikshop" with the most current information, SIA "Klikshop" will from time to time send the following e-mails to the Client about various offers of SIA "Klikshop", including special offers about/in connection with the possibilities and changes offered by the Website, which could be useful to the Client. The customer can withdraw his permission to receive e-mails at any time by sending an e-mail to info@Klikshop.lv, indicating his name and e-mail address. Upon receiving such an e-mail, SIA "Klikshop" will remove the Customer's data from the list of recipients of the respective letters.
Cookies
SIA "Klikshop" is entitled to collect data about the website user using cookies in order to improve the services available to users. Cookies are files that websites place on users' computers in order to recognize the user and make it easier for them to use the website. Internet browsers can be configured so that they warn the Customer about the use of cookies and allow the Customer to choose whether to accept them. Not accepting cookies will not prohibit the Customer from using the Website, but it may limit the Customer's ability to use the Website.
Third parties
SIA "Klikshop" will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable implementation of commercial activities, ensuring that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and ensure appropriate protection. SIA "Klikshop" will transfer Personal data to SIA "Klikshop" suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others who help SIA "Klikshop" and its Clients in the conduct of business in order to implement the relevant cooperation. However, in such cases, SIA "Klikshop" will request from the data recipients a commitment to use the received information only for the purposes for which the data were transferred, and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.
SIA "Klikshop" will make reasonable efforts to ensure that in cases where Personal Data is transferred to foreign countries, it is provided with adequate protection.
SIA "Klikshop" undertakes not to transfer personal data to an organization or any other person located in a country where an adequate level of personal data protection is not ensured, except in the following cases: The customer has given his consent; the transfer is necessary to enter into a contract with the Client or to fulfill a contract with the Client; the transfer is necessary to conclude or fulfill a contract concluded in the interests of the Client; the transfer is permitted in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
In relation to personally identifiable information transferred to another country, the laws and regulations of the relevant country may be applied, including laws and regulations regarding national security, combating terrorism, which may allow law enforcement or surveillance authorities to access information held by private individuals.
Access to Personal Data
Based on a justified written request, SIA "Klikshop" will inform the Data Subject about: Personal data that SIA "Klikshop" processes in relation to him; the source of data extraction (if the regulatory enactments allow its disclosure); the date when the last changes were made to the Personal Data; the purposes for which the Personal Data is processed; data recipients or categories of data recipients; and whether the information is processed automatically. SIA "Klikshop" will take the necessary steps to correct or delete any inaccuracies in the Personal Data that have been made known directly or using the available services. SIA "Klikshop" will inform the recipients of the Client's Personal Data about such changes within reasonable limits. However, SIA "Klikshop" has the right to restrict access, correct possibilities, or delete data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations. SIA "Klikshop" can develop rules for access to Personal Data, including determining procedures and fees for providing access.
Application
SIA "Klikshop" is entitled to amend these Privacy Protection Terms from time to time at its discretion. These Privacy Protection Terms are made available on the website of SIA "Klikshop" and are applied from the date of publication of the relevant version, which is indicated at the beginning.
